LASTING RELATIONSHIP

A strong relationship between partners is a foundation to healthy family relationships. Learn the skills to keep your relationship strong and healthy while interacting with others to learn what works and share ideas with each other. The PAIRS program provides flexible class hours to fit your schedule.

 

WHAT IS PAIRS?

Foothill Family’s PAIRS is a free relationship education program for couples and individuals who are parenting children. Using evidence-based curricula, participants will learn a variety of relationship and parenting skills.

 

WHY PAIRS?

Strong families and healthy children start with strong, healthy couples who have an aligned and cohesive parenting approach.

 

Workshop Details:

  • Provides FREE educational virtual classes
  • Open to couples (married and non-married) and individuals parenting children under 18 years old
  • Education-centered (not therapy-centered)
  • Proactive and prevention-based curriculum
  • 12-hour commitment (6 workshops, 2 hours each)
  • Flexible programming to fit your schedule (evenings and weekend availability)
  • Classes available in English and Spanish

PAIRS is FREE OF CHARGE and offers a full scope of services supporting the family, parents, and children including:

  • Relationship Educational Workshops: Communication skills, conflict resolution and management, stress and anger management, and much more

  • Job and career advancement support
  • Connections to additional community resources

ELIGIBILITY

  • Couples and individuals ages 18 and over, who are parents or caregivers
  • Participants must live in Los Angeles or San Bernardino County.
